Almanac Dogpatch ABV 7.5% This barrel-aged wild ale is named for our San Francisco neighborhood and pays tribute to the Flanders Red style of beer. Aged in wine barrels, this lightly tart ale is brewed with California Rainier cherries using a house blend of wild yeasts, bacteria and SF sourdough yeast.
Mikkeller SpontanRosehip ABV 7.7% sour ale brewed with rosehip & aged in oak barrels.
J.W. Lees Moonraker with Wild Yeast (Zymatore) ABV 7.5% The beer that inspired the Zymatore Project. The traditional Moonraker that has gone through a secondary fermentation with wild yeast.
Harviestoun Bitter n’ Twisted Zymatore Aged in Gin & Pinot Noir Barrel abv 4.2%
Birra del Borgo Maledetta Zymatore (Zinfandel) ABV 5.3 Birra del Borgo’s Maladetta aged in Zinfandel barrels
Rodenbach Grand Cru ABV 6.5% Filtered.A blend of 1/3 young beer and 2/3 of beer aged 2 years in large oak vats. The more important proportion of oak matured beer contributes to its fruity taste, complexity and intensity. The finish is worthy of a great wine.

Bockor Cuvee des Jacobins Rouge ABV 5.5% The beer Cuvée des Jacobins is unblended old lambic, aged for at least 18 months in (French) oak barrels from the cognac region. These oak barrels are called ’Foeders’ in Dutch. It has a robust character but is beautiful and sophisticated with a full body and overtones of vanilla, dried cherry, stone fruit and cocoa. It is a complex, beautiful sour beer.
